A small workshop for last-minute changes
The list changed.
Print only what did.
Meal-coded place cards from your spreadsheet. No guest-data uploads, no accounts, no typing every name again.
Use stable guest IDs between revisions. Meal codes must be agreed with your venue; this is not an allergy-management system.
The guest list
Export your spreadsheet as CSV, or paste rows below. Required columns: id and name. Optional: table, meal.
No original list imported.
Import a complete revised list, not just changed rows. An ID change counts as a removal plus an addition.
Review & print
85 × 80 mm unfolded; 85 × 40 mm folded. Six cards per sheet on blank cardstock. In the print dialog: select the matching paper, 100% / actual size, margins “None”, headers/footers off. Desktop printing recommended.
Your card preview will appear here.
Guest-by-guest change review
Tick guests to use “Selected guests”. Scroll inside the list to review every row. Removed guests are listed separately and never printed.

The five-minute route
One guest list. A much smaller reprint.
- Give each guest a permanent ID, such as
G001. Keep IDs as text so your spreadsheet does not remove leading zeros. - Import the original full list and print a test sheet. Check every name, table and meal code against your venue’s records.
- When the guest list changes, paste the revised complete list and compare. Review additions, changed details and removals.
- Choose “Only added / changed guests”. Unchanged cards stay off the print sheet; physically remove obsolete cards for removed guests.
- Save as PDF or print at 100%. Cut the solid outside edges, score the dashed centre line, and fold. Test one sheet before the full run.
No stretching, fitting, or invisible guests: very long names are flagged for review. The browser’s fonts handle the names on your device; check non-Latin glyphs in your saved PDF. Raw XLSX files, pre-cut Avery stock, custom dimensions and seating planning are not supported.
Your CSV is parsed only in this page. Nothing is sent to a server. Guest data is held in memory until you close the page, or saved to a file only when you choose to save. No analytics or tracking scripts. Hosting still receives ordinary page-request metadata.
Need a larger event? The offline v1 download is planned at US$12 once, with up to 2,000 guests, three styles and local project save/reopen. Paid checkout is not yet enabled. Read the product details →
