For guest lists that won’t sit still
The list changed.
Not every card
has to.

One removed guest is flagged separately. Unchanged guests are left out of the reprint.
A smaller job, deliberately
From “one more RSVP” to done.
01 / IMPORT
Start with your CSV.
Names, stable guest IDs, tables and your venue’s meal codes. No manually placing a hundred text boxes.
02 / COMPARE
See what changed.
Import the revised full list. Review additions, changed details and removals without guessing which Alex is which.
03 / REPRINT
Leave good cards alone.
Select only added or changed guests. Print six tent cards per A4 or Letter sheet, or use the browser’s Save PDF option.
The offline download
One file.
Keep it between events.
Open the app in your desktop browser. The full v1 download works offline, with up to 2,000 guests per project, three restrained designs and saveable project files.
- Original/revised CSV comparison and selective reprints
- A4 and US Letter, with cut edges and fold lines
- Editorial, Modern and Botanical card styles
- Save and reopen your guest lists as local JSON files
- Change-report CSV and a 100 mm printer calibration sheet
- No account, monthly charge, or recurring AI usage
Blank cardstock only, not pre-cut Avery stock. Desktop Chrome recommended for printing. Mobile works for preview. Meal codes do not replace a venue’s allergy procedures.
$12 planned one-time price
The full app has been built, but seller-account activation is still pending. No payment is being collected here. Try the working free demo now.
Price is a launch hypothesis. No subscription and no promise of lifetime updates. The free demo already lets you compare and print up to 12 guests.
Before the full print run
Make the boring details right.
Use the calibration sheet. Measure its 100 mm line, check your printer’s cardstock rating, and verify every meal code with your venue. A screen preview cannot certify your physical printer.
Fair questions.
Can’t I do this with free mail merge?
Yes. Avery and word processors offer free spreadsheet-to-print workflows. TablePatch focuses on a narrower job: comparing revised lists and preparing just the replacement cards in one place. Choose the free option if it already does what you need.
Does it upload the guest list?
No. Import, comparison and printing happen in your browser. There is no analytics script or guest-list server. Downloaded project files contain guest data, so keep them secure. The hosting provider still sees ordinary page-request metadata.
What is required in my spreadsheet?
An id and name column. Table and meal are optional. Keep guest IDs stable and unique. A change to an ID is treated as removing the old guest and adding a new one. Duplicate IDs and malformed rows are rejected rather than guessed.
How do I get a PDF?
Choose Print / Save PDF and use your browser’s Save as PDF destination. Select A4 or Letter to match the app, 100% scale, margins None, and switch off print headers and footers. The PDF uses selectable text rather than a screenshot.
Will it make every guest name fit?
It scales long names down and flags oversized output. Fonts vary by device; check the actual PDF, especially for non-Latin names. You may need a shorter display name. This is not a bespoke stationery design service.
Is it already making money?
No revenue or customer results are claimed. The working demo is public; paid checkout is not enabled yet. This is a new product being tested, not a passive-income guarantee.
